This 212-unit development in Desplaines was constructed and completed for opening in 2022. I supported the Owner’s Representative through a complex value engineering process which resulted in the hiring of a new General Contractor and a slightly delayed start. This project was completed with all the core components of the original design and the success started a long-term relationship between the developer and the new contractor.
