This client has multiple facilities in the Chicagoland area where Nick has served as an Owner’s representative for their office modernization and relocation projects. The 1,400 square foot property at 3825 N Central ave. was fully renovated for opening in June 2025 while their 2,100 square foot space in Arlington Heights is currently being permitted for rehabilitation. We actively supports this owner through all aspects of their design, permitting, lease negotiation, contracting, construction, and closeout processes.
