Audiotree Renovations

This 3-phase renovation of a 31,000 square foot masonry building was completed while maintaining full operations for the office building tenants. The construction included building new office suites, consolidating bathrooms, exposing and refinishing original wood floors, adding modern lighting along with window treatments, and completing new systems installations to match the existing building equipment. We served as the Construction Manager responsible for hiring and overseeing the design team and contractors, communicating the schedule with building tenants, and ensuring quality control for the end users. The project was completed in 8 months with all tenants back in their respective office spaces by the Fall of 2023. We have continued to serve as an Owner’s representative for this client for maintenance at their other buildings and provide estimates for their planned developments.
