Nick
The firm’s construction and development work is run by Nick VanderVoort, whose 18-year career includes roles in development, construction management, project controls, and owner’s representation. Nick has managed projects across the country —supporting institutional owners, major developers, universities, and private clients — he brings experience from organizations such as Turner Construction, Protiviti, and Core Spaces. His background in budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, procurement strategy, contractor oversight, and stakeholder communication enables him to anticipate challenges early and maintain steady control throughout a project’s lifecycle.
